But I kept watching talented teams waste their creativity on ideas that never made an impact. Not because they couldn’t execute, but because collaboration was slow, decisions were unclear, and the distance between idea and action was too long.

So I became obsessed with one question:
How can people work better together and move from idea to execution really, really fast?

That obsession led me to found Human1st.

Through Human1st, I’ve worked with organisations including Ford, LEGO and DARS, helping teams align quickly, understand what customers truly need, test ideas sooner, and build products that people love and businesses value.

After facilitating hundreds of workshops and training teams and leaders around the world, I’ve learned that speed comes from better collaboration and clearer decisions between thinking, making and learning.
